France beckons by Ferry, tunnel, air all ports with in easy 15 minute drive. Rye and Canterbury are a 40 minute drive. We would be happy to arrange golf, riding, bikes, tennis for guests at additional cost. This happy home draws 70% of its guests back for repeat visits. .
